If you're in the mood for A LOT of macaroni and cheese, visit The Mac Shack in Vancouver. While overwhelming at first, it's so much fun getting to choose your own sauces, cheeses, veggies, and meats. You can even add extras like truffle oil and garlic butter...which goes great with the Lobster Mac. Each dish is served in your very own skillet seconds after it comes out of the oven. Oh, and yes, that is a grilled mac and cheese sandwich! *Drool* Must fall into a deep sleep now.
