
Holy guacamole, is there anything better than a mellow weekend brunch? Doubtful, especially when it's brunch at The District. Generally a slave to their veggie benny, I thought I'd lighten things up and get an omelette this weekend. A mushroom, roasted red pepper and goat cheese omelette...with fresh avocado slices. It was ridonculously bright and so very very fluffy! With a side of Kennebec fries, a coffee and a giant caesar, this meal was what every weekend brunch should be made of. Well, Mitch would argue that bacon and maple syrup should also be involved. To each their own.
