Lasagna for one, please
I can only imagine all the mini casseroles and warm desserts I would make and eat (by the pairs?) if I had a set of these Mini Round Cocottes by Le Creuset. How great would they be for serving homebaked macaroni, with each portion having an appropriate amount of cheese bubbling? Or for presenting an array of warm spinach dips? Or cold dips? Or hot chili? Or rustic stews? Or pre-portion-controlled apple crumbles?? I may need to get a few sets.

This is the problem with things that come in a variety of colors. I prefer the variety instead of 1 particular color. It's so frustrating, 'cause everytime I see them I walk away empty handed because I don't like any particular color enough. Ugh, such a hard life! LOL
ReplyDeleteBut you can get the mix-and-match set of 4 from Cookworks. They're even on sale at the link in the bottom paragraph! I would like at least one teal, yellow, white, and green mini cocotte!
