Nothing screams summer like two scoops of ice cream...or gelato! If you live in Vancouver, you need to visit Gelarmony (formerly Mondo Gelato). I've frequented their Denman Street location, ordering scoops of vanilla soy and chocolate soy, for the past few summers — but this is first season I've had the pleasure of experiencing blueberry soy and strawberry soy gelato. Ohmyguscat, so much deliciousness in a non-dairy treat!!
